- Vision
Every project begins with a conversation. We visit the property, study the architecture, and listen carefully to how your family uses the space and how you want to use it. We are interested in the life you want to live outside, not the project you think you should be quoting. A clear vision, honestly assessed, saves money, time, and regret later.
- Design
We translate the vision into a detailed, buildable design. Every material choice, grade, sightline, and structural element
is considered against the site conditions before construction begins. You see exactly what we intend to build and you
know exactly what it will cost. Changes happen on paper, not in the field.
- Build
Construction is where craft shows. Our crew works with care and precision across every detail of the project. Natural stone, premium pavers, proper drainage, and structural elements built to outlast the home they surround. Tyler is on site throughout. One point of contact, one standard, no handoffs.
- Deliver
A finished xTERRA project does not just look right on completion day. It looks right in year five, year ten, and beyond. We walk the completed space with you, confirm every detail meets the standard we agreed on, and hand over a property that performs as well as it photographs.
